Sister Flowers response questions

In a certain way I have always been ashamed of my parents. I've never had my father in my life. He left, Im sure befor I was even born. To tell you the truth I dont even think he knows that I exists. Which is safe to say that it is my mothers fault because she couldnt even tell me who my father is. And I honetly feel that alot of mother's don't tell there childern who there fathers are to sheild them from harm, but I feel that she just honestly doesnt know. All through my life I've never considerd my mother much of anything. Even tho I get alot of my personalty from her. She abandon us, my sister Ardonyalasha, my brother Avery, and my self back when we were young. She really hasnt done much for us. We have been living with our grandparents ever since.

  1. HI Atlana,

I'm sorry to hear about your circumstance, but thank you for sharing. It isn't always easy to discuss these personal matters.

Have you talked with your mother about how you feel? Perhaps this may clear up some concerns. On the contrary, it appears that your grandparents have done a fine job raising you.

You move from your father's absence, to the possibility that he may not know you exist to your mother. Think about the implications of this action. Focus more so on your father. How has his absence affected you?

    Ms. C
